For individuals with insurance coverage, the insurance generally pays most of each session fee. Your co-payment at the time of services will usually be in the range of $10.00 to 40.00 /per session, provided your yearly deductible has been met.
We also offer flexible payment arrangements while you are meeting your yearly deductible amount.
If you have no health insurance or your insurance plan has a very high deductible amount AND you meet our income guidelines, you may qualify for Hope Counseling's Fair Chance Program at a significantly reduced fee (cash only).
Counseling services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.
We accept: Blue Cross Blue Shield, Health Alliance, Cigna, Aetna, United Health Care, Medicare and many other insurance plans. We also work with many EAPs (Employee Assistance Programs) that offer employer-paid services.
When you call Hope Counseling, we will gather some basic insurance information and with your consent, we'll check the terms of your insurance coverage. Within a day we will provide you a quote for the approximate cost of services. Providing an accurate service quote is Hope Counseling's complimentary service to you.
The Fair Chance Program is available to those who meet the income guidelines. We request that you bring proof of income utilizing the previous year's 1040 tax form.
Cash, Personal check, Debit card, Visa and Master Card credit cards are accepted for payment.
If you do not attend your scheduled therapy appointment, and have not called to cancel at least 24 hours in advance, our policy is to require a partial payment. Please understand that this is necessary to meet our operating expenses. When a cancellation is necessary, you may leave a message 24 hours a day/ 7 days a week at our main number, Ph. 217-431-8825.
